Hurling

Physical Education plays a vital role in our school. Children partake in weekly hurling/football training sessions with Stephen Nolan provided by our local club GAA Drom & Inch. We are so fortunate to have lots of space to practise our camogie and hurling skills. Tipp Abú!!

Under 11 and Under 13 Success

Well done to our U11 and U13 hurling teams who have both reached the County Final. All roads lead to Semple Stadium in June! This is such a fantastic achievement for our small school here in Barnane to have two teams competing in the final.

Primary Games

Congratulations to our two sixth class pupils, Ava and Conor, who were both selected for the Primary Games team 2019. Ava played at half time of the Tipp Vs Waterford senior hurling game while Conor will feature at half time of the Tipp Vs Limerick game on 16th June. We are very proud of your achievements!
