A productive afternoon planting vegetables in our planters. Thank you Grow it Yourself Ireland for providing the planters, seeds and tips! And thank you to Brenda, our green-fingered SNA for the help!

Our new school mural is taking great shape. Thank you Georgina Sweeney for visiting and creating this beautiful school mural. Our mural consists of our school name and motto. The wildflowers represent our link to our beautiful natural surroundings here in Barnane National School. Our school motto “Ar aghaidh le Chéile”/ “Forward together” encompasses the important link between our pupils, teachers and our community. We grow, learn, flourish, move forward…

Breaking news!! Barnane National School are delighted to announce our new Morning and Afterschool Club will open from September 2023. Please contact the school for more information.
